Growing up sucks man
There are a lot of sayings and articles about how to improve a person’s life. This can be through different types of help, changing attitudes, facing their fears, etc. For me, puberty was the jackpot. Usually during adolescence, puberty is portrayed as a weird stage filled with uncalled growth spurts, shifting emotions, and sometimes unbelievable transformations. For me, however, it was transformative; it changed who I was, my view, and my relationships in completely unexpected ways. Now when I look back at that particular phase that made me who I am today, I believe that puberty not only represents a biological process but also self-discovery and personal development from a different point of view.
