WORKING RELIEVES STRESS
Working doesn't specifics office work. Working indicates house works and office works both. As we know due to quota movement all of us stayed home for almost 1.5 month and watched injustice and cruelty. Thus some of us got depressed and traumatized. Moreover, we couldn't meet friends or loved ones.
For me, working helped a lot. Cooking helped alot. I used to cook different types of snacks and chinese items. It helped me to divert my mind from sadness. Sometimes staying in place for too long can be depressing. I'm used to coming in my university and meet my friends, teacher, loved ones. As we couldn't go out or help our friends in quota movement. We were feeling bad for them. Somehow i found ways to relief my mind by cooking, working and keeping myself busy in work. As moral of the story, i learnt that if we keep ourselves busy in work or study it helps us to live a stressless and normal life.
