I cook, therefore I am

I dont really have any hobbies but if there is one thing that i love to do is cooking . Its sort of like a therapy to me. Whenever im anxious , i cook. It diverts my mind and calms me down. I love to cook for my loves ones. Whenever my mom or my sister or dad craves something , i make it for them. It gives me pleasure to see them contented by my food. My family and I , we all love fuchkas. But during covid, we couldn go out and fulfil that craving. So , i decided to make fuchkas for everyone from scratch.

I have always cooked for my loved one and thats how I learned cooking . But now im like a full time cook.cook whatever i see on the internet getting viral. Its been like a passion for me now. Earlier i used to cook once a month or only when my family wanted to have something . But now almost everyday i try to cook something. Recently i made sushi because i was craving it so much during this internet blackout. Then i made sticky rice with mango.

Cooking is fundamentally an act of creation. You can create something entirely new—something that didn't exist before—with just a few basic materials. Fresh veggies, flavorful spices, and searing heat come together to create a dish that is not only delicious but also frequently reflects your personality. The kitchen is like a painter with an empty canvas—there are countless options. There's nothing quite like the rush of making something from scratch, whether it's refining a traditional recipe or attempting something new.
Cooking is a form of self-expression for a lot of individuals, including me. My personality and mood are reflected in the ingredients I use, the methods I employ, and the presentation of the finished dish. If I'm in the mood for some adventure, I like to try out strong flavors or foreign cuisines. Simple, nostalgic recipes are my favorite when I'm feeling reflective and quiet. Every meal conveys a narrative of mine.

The ability to connect through cooking with various cultures and traditions is one of the most fulfilling parts of the hobby. Every meal has a little of legacy and history associated with it. Whether I'm cooking a robust Moroccan stew, a fiery Indian curry, or rich Italian pasta, I'm discovering new tastes, cooking methods, and cultural traditions. By uniting us through our love of delicious food, cooking serves as a bridge to help me comprehend others from different cultural backgrounds.

I
'm not the only one who finds cooking to be soothing. The sound of vegetables being chopped in a rhythmic manner, onions sizzling in a skillet, and the comforting scents permeating the kitchen are all quite soothing. I can forget about the difficulties of everyday life when I'm cooking and become lost in a tactile, artistic endeavor. It's a means of focusing, decelerating, and embracing the present.

For me, cooking is a passion that fills my life with happiness, creativity, and pleasure. It's much more than just a pastime. I can express myself, make connections with people, and travel the world one dish at a time on this never-ending adventure. l urge you to experience the magic of cooking if you haven't already. Like I have discovered, it's not only about providing for the body; it's also about providing for the soul.
